Good view from the 20th floor, Close to Clarke Quay, Large buffet selection for breakfast
The carpets in common areas need immediate replacement!!! The main foyer's decor is seriously outdated and requires a fresh coat of paint!!! The pool area could benefit from extra chairs!!!

Had a lovely time during our stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast spread and the refreshing pool to unwind after a day of exploring. The views from our Superior Double Room were stunning, making it a real treat to watch the fireworks from our window! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit finicky sometimes, but overall, we really enjoyed our visit. 😊

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the proximity to Boat Quay and Robertson Quay for some fun activities. Just a heads up, the room service only comes on the third day, so plan around that.

We had a fantastic stay! The food selection at the breakfast buffet was impressive, and I loved the complimentary water refill stations on each floor. Our room offered an amazing view of the city, which was a delightful surprise! Although a bit dated, it lived up to its cleanliness claims in the photos. I’d definitely choose this place again!

Location stands out in Chinatown. everything is nearby, including MRT access. I loved the quick walks to local eateries and nearby shops. The buffet breakfast exceeded expectations with a solid variety. However, the room felt cramped for three, and maintenance issues distracted from the comfort. The air conditioning needed attention—it was noisy and ineffective at cooling. Additionally, the check-in process was tedious and frustrating with long waits, which I didn’t appreciate. Housekeeping wasn't as prompt. I expected more frequent service. Overall, the friendly staff made the stay better, but the hotel definitely requires some updates to enhance guest experience.

The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for getting work done. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Had nice tea and coffee facilities too. But the shower had weak water pressure and the heavy door was annoying. The room key card was a bit hit or miss with the lifts, which was frustrating. Overall, nice enough for a stay.

great views but limited vegetarian options
The city view from our room was outstanding, allowing us to enjoy fireworks from Marina Bay Sands. The self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were attentive and friendly.
The breakfast buffet had fewer choices for vegetarians.
